Rob is a seasoned transportation executive who operates fluidly from the boardroom to the shop floor. A certified six sigma black belt and a LEAN champion, Rob is a proven business leader who has a track record of strategy development, financial planning, business development, operations, and performance management to accomplish an organization's desired goals.
Pulling from more than 23-years of executive logistics experience across CWR Solutions, OmniTRAX, Progressive Rail and Union Pacific, he brings passion, expertise, and dedication to his clients. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Rob is recognized to excel within complex, high pressure organizations to achieve measurable and timely results by cultivating relationships, developing high performing teams, and delivering on-time.

Shawntell Kroese, Managing Partner
Shawntell is a results-driven commercial leader and general manager with a track record of success driving transformation and growth across diverse business functions and units.
Throughout her 27-year career in logistics as an executive in both rail and truck companies, Shawntell has managed all rail and truck commodities, expertly balancing analytics and sales leadership to enhance network performance across multiple client bases. In addition, she has been instrumental in developing and training rail sales and marketing teams, shaping the next generation of industry professionals. Her leadership extends to advancing sustainability initiatives and identifying opportunities in emerging markets, ensuring a forward-thinking approach to the future of rail, intermodal and truck transportation.

Samantha Galltin
Senior Consultant
Samantha is an experienced executive with over 15 years in operations and business development across transportation and maritime industries.
At the Port of Long Beach, she led the Commercial Operations Bureau and drove market share growth through operational efficiency and strengthening the Port’s value proposition. Samantha’s background also includes leadership roles at BNSF, where she developed business strategies and built key relationships focusing on port rail business development.
Jay Olberding
Senior Consultant
Jay is a master researcher in energy and bulk commodities. He plays a key role in research, analysis, and market analytics in North America.
Jay is a mechanical engineer with direct experience managing the transportation of energy products. Jay’s experience also includes network optimization, ton center analysis, mapping of commodity origin/destinations and traffic flows, and market research and analysis.
Angela Maurstad

Angela is a dynamic marketing leader with 20 years of experience driving growth and innovation across diverse industries. With a strong background in sales, program management, and collaborating with teams to launch start-up organizations and divisions, Angela excels at creating and executing impactful marketing strategies.
Having worked in both nonprofit and for-profit sectors, she brings a unique blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution to build brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive results.
